Scalp Micropigmentation

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is one of the most effective solutions to hair loss and thinning for both men and women.

It is a non-invasive treatment that uses micro-needles to inject pigment into the scalp. The result created will look like tiny hair follicles.

Scalp Micropigmentation can restore receded hairlines, thicken thinning hair, camouflage transplant scarring, and create the look of shaved head.

When you have your free customised consultation with us you will be able discuss the design and choose the hairline style that suits your age, face and shape.

How long does the treatment last?

The treatment is done over three sessions; first one where we design the suitable hair line, then we start with less density dots then required. Colour of the pigment might fade after the first session.

Ten days after the first session a topup is needed. Here we might either stick to the colour scheme we started with in the first session or we might step up or down. If any change of mind happens during these 10 days a slight altetation in the hair line can be done. Skin type plays big role in how much the pigment stays or fade.

Third session (2nd topup) if needed can be done after 4 to 6/7 weeks.

Does it hurt?

Clients' feed back regarding the pain ranges between 2/3 out of ten; ten is the worst. Ofcourse some areas in the scalp are more sensitive than others. As we are a medical clinic we are happy to offer local anesthetic if really needed and asked for by the client but usually scalp micropigmentation is done without any.

How much does it cost?

Cost differs depending on the Norwood scale of balding area. During your consultation we can assess how much the price will be. Photos can be sent for a rough price.

This treatment is done by a hair technician who is also a qualified scalp micropigmentation practitioner.
